The challenge
Buying a bespoke front door has traditionally meant brochures, showroom visits and waiting days for a quote. Click Price wanted to collapse that journey into minutes, letting customers build, customise and buy entirely online.
The product had real complexity underneath: door styles, glass options, colours inside and out, hardware, accessories, each combination affecting price in real time. The challenge was making that complexity feel effortless on any device.
Our approach
We designed the builder around a single, persistent visual: the customer's door, front and centre, updating live with every choice. Configuration options sit in a clear panel structure, Style, Glass, Colour, Inside, Outside, Accessories, so the journey always feels like progress, never like a form.
A live price ticker keeps cost transparent at every step, building trust and removing the quote-anxiety that stalls purchases. Colour swatches, finish previews and a "Your Spec" summary keep the customer oriented however deep they go.
Every interaction was designed mobile-first, the majority of home-improvement research happens on a phone, on a sofa, in the evening.
The outcome
The finished builder turns a multi-day sales cycle into a single self-serve session. Customers see exactly what they're buying, exactly what it costs, and can move from idea to order without ever picking up the phone.
For Click Price, the configurator is more than a sales tool, it's a differentiator in a market still dominated by PDF brochures, and a foundation the product range can grow on.
